Week 5 - SANM 560

This week we are waiting on the edits, color grade, and EXR's in order to start working on the VFX shots to our CGI assets. We worked on peer reviews of our teammates and regrouping to saddle up for the rest of the project. Through this process I realized we lacked a lot of structure as a team. I felt like we are a bit aimless in this project. A lot was being said in meetings and generally being talking about, but nothing felt like it was actually being documented or taken action about. I also saw that my team was not improving in the mentor presentations over the past few despite comments from the professor. I suggested to the professors to give out grades as they mentioned they needed more grading opportunities for the presentation so that students could get direct feedback and have motivation to improve for next time. After discussing with Professor Murphy, he thought this was a really good idea and believes they will implement parts of what we discussed in future classes. I am also starting to look into team and project structure to create some spreadsheets and schedules for the team.
